[BUILD 2] Neophobia Real Estates

My First Nether Themed Modern City - Real Estates. I spent a lot of time sketching the grid of the city using the power of MSPAINT-->FTW.
Notes :

1. The design of the city is being done on my own private server. (DONE)
2. Plots will be sold after I've finished building the damn thing.
3. Netherrack,Cobblestone will not be used due to the fact that they look like shit in most texture packs.
4. I will build this city after I'm done with Scavenger hunt & Azadi Monument .
5. I will try to not use my signature's fact in this city as many people don't like the idea.

Main Theme is Modern Nether Brick Buildings . The base of the whole thing will be round based. There will be 3 different Sectors :

• Residential Sector - 10 Plots For Sale -Homes- Price: 3 Diamond Blocks
• Business Sector - 10 Plots For Sale -Shops- Price: 6 Diamond Blocks
• Green Sector - 10 Plots For Sale - Gardens,Jungles,Farms- Price: 2 Diamond Blocks

There will also be :

• 6 Government Buildings
• 4 Towers
• 3 Libraries
• 3 Fountains
• Underground Rail Station and Maybe more plots There.
• 2 Statues (Me and my main Sponsor*)
• Public Tree farms possibly in the green round space

GUIDELINES (WIP):

1. No greifing! Griefers will be banned from the city and their property will be seized by the government.
2. No Loans . No partial Payments . Payment of the plots should be made in FULL .
3. NO REFUNDS.
4. Follow The overall theme. Or Be Creative.
5. Do not change the overall shape of your plot.
6. You can Buy up to 2-3 plots next to each other.
7. You may buy plot in each sector.
8. People who at least own one plot in the city will be able to use public farms.
9. Players that do not build something on their plot within 1 month will be warned and after 2 weeks warning will be evicted.
10. In case I sell the city, The new owner CANNOT EVICT Residents,Bussines Costumers ,Gardeners.

WHY NEOPHOBIA ?
LOGIC :Most people are afraid to build round based cities(New experiences ) because they are generally hard(EXAMPLE , IMPERIAL CITY).
Neophobia . The reason I chose this name for this city is to show people, even when it is called Neophobia and can be a hard experience for the builder, if the builder accepts the challenge, he will be able to succeed. Here this city can actually eliminates that fear inside you when you see it flourish and be completed.
WORDS : The other reason is Nether(Hell) + Phobia(Fear) = Neophobia sounded like a cool name to me

This is a good thread, I really like how you laid out the picture on the land, clever idea.

I may like to get a little action on building this. Since I am one of the few people who has netherbrick, I could actually build a home here ^_^ Once you start building, I may drop by and lend a hand, since I will be scouting out some desert land soon myself.

From one circle city builder to another i would suggest an overly simplistic design and when you've planned it out on your server id also suggest copying and pasting layer by layer for the first 2-5 layers. This is to reduce the amount of possible mistakes (by copy and paste i mean on your own server and copy everything in that copy exactly to the block.) Also remember that circles in minecraft can be a real bitch and walls will often appear thinner in some areas and thicker in others due to the nature of circles in a square world. If you would like to get an idea of some of the problems please see Imardin in Electro's server to get an idea. The walls are up etc but you can still see some of the problems already starting to creep in. You might also come up with some fix's that i missed. other than that i really like the idea and once building has commenced i will lend a hand AND consider buying a plot.

Thanks for the info Keirhan. Yeah they are a bitch :/ I'll try to hop on to get an idea from your designs as well.Also I kind don't like flat land projects. What's I'm also considering is to build this on that flat land(I NEED HELP WITH Flatening That land) and then After I'm finished building the whole thing try to terraform and add some terrain to it by hand.

If anyone needs sand feel free to go and level the land outlined below to LEVEL 63! for now. It means when you're standing on land your middle coord should read 63.

I need the whole land to be flattened to 63.

Here are plot prices :

Green Sector : 2DB
Residential Sector : 3DB
Business Sector : 6DB - You get the right to build a branch of your shop in the business sector.

Residents will also get access to Tree Farms later on

Actually no . So I guess would be better and wait till I lay out the outline of the city first.
