    Why I want to claim the land: I am joining the warehouse boat and I want to beautify this side of the road next to Haven I also already own the top floor of the apartment complex.

    @Piekiller if you can't get any land we can build one together on my land near spawn, we could use it as a base/test building for our city. Just an idea haha

    If you do get the land, be careful with the home next to PT. Looks awefully close. I would appreciate talking to me before building on that side.

    Anyways claim Accepted for @gerarrrrd and @Anietta 's Land. The 2 weeks starts now.

    @JuiceHead , Please post here once you two have come to a agreement so we can have documentation on the decision you have made.

    Meh, just want to have the option to use that land for something else if I ever want to.
    I hate PT, but I don't mind the Land.

    I will be sure to talk to you before building anything in that area. We came to an agreement that the land will still belong to Haven and my house/warehouse will be part of the city. I can build on it. I just can't have it all to myself.

    That is a great idea so we can /home in build and be right where we store everything for the italian city it will be a great way to get materials fast. If I do get the land if you want to we could build your design here since it is moderately closer to spawn and in the "Warehouse district". It would be a quick way to transport between world and a nice looking addition to the area. Of course the place would be shared between all of the builders of the city but you would get major credit for the design.

    Ok. Then the Juicehead part of the claim is settled.

    That still leaves @gerarrrrd and @Anietta.

    Reply back in 2 weeks and I will approve the claim if the original owners do not reply.

    Anietta and Gerrrrrrard not replied, claim approved. Prior agreement with Juice applies for that part of the claim.

    I don't want no drama if this goes wrong so for clarity if one structure is built on this whole land (made up of the three claims) then it all becomes a part of 'haven' but is effectivly Piekillers plot and normal rules for plots (ie giving reasonable evicion time etc) apply.

    Any objections to this guys? @JuiceHead @Piekiller

    Oops. Ah well. I don't go much on godcraft anymore. I do want the stuff in my vault given away to the community though. It's a lot of junk and it can be used for a lot of projects.
