    Why I want to claim the land: Because it's a really cool tower and no one ever uses it

    I've seen you get really excited about a project and then give up right after you realize how long your "big idea" would take. Not to be mean, but I would decline this claim purely because yes you claiming may make some progress,but soon enough the land will be idle with nobody working on it again.
