You can recover your forum password. As for the IP's we don't give those out to non-whitelisted players. As for the mods you need to be on a whitelisted account to get the download.

Well, anyone can download the client. You would also be able to apply for the free IC PvE server but you will show up as a non-paying member, as your forum account is not whitelisted. to recover the e-mail, I don't know how you would do that. but all the info on the free PvE server you need is: http://godcraft.com/wiki/gc-a-godcraft-adventures-server/
